Well thats the last of it. Pulled this out 3 days ago and things are a lot better. Rest, ice, compression, prednisone and feldene and more rest helped to fix this fast. I’m lucky that I dont need a operation to remove the bursa. Gonna keep a elbow brace on when I roll just in [...]
